     IAN FLETCHER BATTLEFIELD TOURS

celebrating ten years of battlefield tours

                                  1999-2009

Welcome to Ian Fletcher Battlefield Tours, celebrating ten years of battlefield tours. Our first tours of 2009, to the Somme, the Crimea and Portugal have now gone. The Waterloo Walk is next up, departing on 5 June. If you're lucky, you may still book the tour, although it's very late in the day. We also have places on the 200th anniversary tours to Wagram and Talavera, plus the Wellington in the Pyrenees tour and Wellington in India, the undoubted highlight of this year's programme. One of the highlights of this year's programme was the Wellington Seminar, held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. During the weekend guests had the opportunity to handle not only Napoleon's 1793 sword from Toulon, but also the sword carried by Wellington at Waterloo. Watch out for further seminars in 2010.
